GUEST SPEAKER
Ricky Spindler has been the lead pastor of Stonecreek Church since 2017 and has been employed at the church for over 20 years. He has served as youth pastor, children’s pastor, family pastor, men’s pastor, and as the parking director (his favorite role!).
Stonecreek Church is a diverse church with over 40 nations of the world represented each week. It's a purpose-driven, presence-based church located across the street from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He roots for the Illini as long as they aren’t playing Indiana, his home state. Go Hoosiers!!!
He graduated from North Central University with a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Studies, and has a Master's of Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. He and his wife Shea have been mentors and foster parents, and Ricky currently helps coach a soccer team. They love spending time outdoors with their two daughters and two lab mixes.
